Homestead’s menu will boast a wide selection of comforting classics such as griddle pancakes, Belgian waffles, benedicts, biscuits and gravy, burgers, and Texas chili. These items will be counterbalanced with dishes inspired by the Southern, Cajun, and Tejano cultures that have long influenced Houston cuisine, such as chicken fried steak, brisket breakfast hash, beignets, gumbo, migas, tortas ahogadas, plus lighter fare salads and entrées.
The main menu will be complimented by a curated cocktail and craft beer and wine program. Bartenders behind the “breakfast bar” will entice guests with everything from breakfast shot trios to spiked cappuccinos, Instagram-worthy Bloody Mary’s to nonalcoholic fresh juice blends and local brews.
Homestead will serve breakfast and lunch fare from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, Sunday – Thursday and from 7:00 am until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
